HaySoft Original is a premium ryegrass haylage grown and harvested on our family farm in Essex. Made from carefully selected ryegrass and baled at a moisture content of 30–35%, it is then gently fermented to help preserve the natural nutrients in the grass while maintaining a soft, palatable forage.

This makes HaySoft Original a practical and high-quality forage option for horses and ponies in light to medium work. Its moist, dust-free format means it does not require soaking, offering convenience while helping to support consistent forage intake.

Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications

If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

Safe Place or Neighbour Delivery

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
