Delivery Option — Express Delivery (DHL): 2-3 working days. Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day; orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.

Tracking Your Order — When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Attempts — You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us. If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

Order Cancellations — Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you can return your order in line with our returns policy — see our Shipping Policy page for full details.
